Our Range of Services

Our machinery ranges from hot foil blocking through to 6 colour flexo, and 8 colour letterpress along with a HP Indigo ws4050 digital - for high quality variable data.  The Digital press offers a very high quality print (Near lithographic quality) without the expensive origination.  This is run with an Omega Digicon finishing unit with cold foil, varnishing and laminating facilities.

Our range of presses allows us to offer a high level of service direct to both the trade and the end user.  We use our 30 years of label printing experience to suggest the most cost effective print method for your labels.  Our HP Indigo has an optimal run volume between 250 labels up to 20,000 (Size depending), then for the larger volumes we have our LPM 300, Flexo and Jetrion Digital.

The EFI Jetrion Digital Press is the first installation of the machine in the UK.  We have joined  up with EFI to showcase the power of this amazing digital press.  It's key features include a 100% lightfast print and extremely durable finish makes this process ideal for exterior  use.  It also has the power to print both single sided and double sided window stickers, Ideal for parking passes and service due stickers.  Call now for an instant quotation.

Another addition this year is our investment into Digital Die Cutting.  This process is excellent for prototyping and product testing giving you the chance to see an exact copy of your label with out having to pay for expensive tooling and cutters.  In combining this with out Digital Printing gives us a fantastic platform to offer customers exactly what the want, when they want it!
