Embossed Micro Embossed

Embossed labels can be very elegant. If a high class finish is what you are looking for, you can hardly go wrong with an embossed label. We can emboss with gold or silver foils. They can have a matte finish to enhance detail or can have a background colour.Embossing creates a raised image on the paper or an indented (debossing). The Process requires an etched metal die and a matching counter die. When a paper stock is pressed between heated die and the counter die, the desired image is pressed into the stock. Embossing can stand on it’s own (blind embossing) or can be coupled with foil stamping to create a raised, dramatic effect. More detailed intricate designs can only be achieved by micro embossing using one plate only.
