Domed Labels

3d Resin Doming is now very popular line, bringing normally flat labels to life. The production involves dispensing liquid Polyurethane resin onto a printed die-cut label made from such materials as Polyester, vinyls or other non-porous surfaces. The resin flows to the edge of the label and simple surface tension keeps the resin on the label, once dried you have a 3d resin Domed label. These domed labels can be used for all types of applications such as computer badges, identification labels and keyfobs. Ask to see a sample.
